Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Member,” “You,” or “Your”) and Web Plans Ltd, trading as “Web Plans” (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), for the membership of Web Plans, including the services provided under the membership. By enrolling in the Web Plans membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Membership Duration
The Website Plan has a minimum contract term of 12 months from the enrollment date. After the initial 12-month period, the Website Plan will renew on a monthly basis unless canceled with 30 days' written notice. All other plans have no minimum contract term and can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice.
Services Included
Your membership gives you access to a variety of services, such as website creation, hosting, SEO, and funnel management, depending on the plan you select. For specific details on what's included in each plan, please refer to our website or contact us directly.
Payment
You agree to pay the membership fee as specified at the time of enrollment. Payment will be automatically deducted on a monthly basis for the duration of your membership.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership in accordance with the terms specific to your plan. Cancellation within the minimum 12-month contract will require payment of the remaining balance for that term. After the initial 12-month period, you can cancel your membership with 30 days' written notice. To cancel, please contact us at support@webplans.co.uk.
When you cancel, you will no longer have access to the benefits that come with the membership. This includes access to hosting, domain management, premium plugin licenses, routine website updates, ongoing support, automatic backups, and our expert troubleshooting services. Without these services, you must manage and maintain your website independently, which includes purchasing plugin licenses, migrating to a new hosting platform, and transferring domain(s).
Once your membership ends, Web Plans Ltd is not responsible for any website issues that may arise, as access to our services, including technical support, hosting, and updates, will end.
Web Plans Ltd is not liable for any data compliance, security issues, or technical problems following the cancellation of your membership. It is your responsibility to ensure that your website and associated systems meet applicable compliance and security standards moving forward.
For additional information on cancellation policies and timelines, please visit our website or reach out to us directly at support@webplans.co.uk.
Intellectual Property
The website design, content, and branding created by Web Plans Ltd remain our intellectual property until the 12-month contract is fully paid. Once this term is completed, full ownership of the website is yours.
Modifications
Any changes or modifications to the membership services must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional fees.
A specified number of website changes, revisions or modifications will be included in your membership. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon hours may incur additional charges. Unused website change hours cannot be rolled over.
Liability
Web Plans Ltd is not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions resulting from the use or unavailability of our services. Our liability is limited to the membership fee paid by you. Additionally, we are not liable for software or hardware issues, bugs, viruses, plugin or theme failures, or the discontinuation of any software, plugins, or themes that may impact your website’s functionality.

Web Plans Ltd shall not be liable for any non-compliance with data protection laws by you in relation to the use of the website during your membership or after cancellation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your website and associated systems complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
